I stayed for 2 nights in a delightful Double or Twin Room. The lady at reception warmly welcomed us and provided a city map, highlighting all the must-see spots. To top it off, they surprised me with a thoughtful gift for my birthday—a bottle of prosecco!

What an experience, very dissapointing. The shower was far too small for any adult, I barely fit! And the staff was exceedingly rude, they totally ignored my requests for comfort. I almost gave a good review, but the absence of any complimentary gestures solidified my decision against it. I will not be returning again, that’s for sure.

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Bernardi Semenzato. The location was ideal, only minutes away from the Rialto bridge, yet tucked in a quiet area that allowed me to relax. The staff was genuinely warm and welcoming, truly enhancing my experience.

Room was a bit small.

The lovely decor, the exceptional canal view, the attentiveness of staff was truly impressive.

The morning crew was really nice, always smiling even when we needed help planning our outings. they even treated us to breakfast on the first day! Plus, the annex where we stayed had this lovely garden view, so peaceful, just perfect for the family.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, a bit pricey, but the amenities made it reasonable.

Great location, just a short walk from the main attractions while still being in a quiet area. The staff provided exceptional support, even accommodating an important work call for my husband before check-in. However, our initial room was quite small and lacked the promised city views, making for a noisy experience due to thin walls.

My kids wished for slightly more space in the room.

the shower had low water pressure , but the location was perfect and a quick walk to famous sites. the room was clean with nice decor and the staff was friendly and helpful with tips around the city.

The room had air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. There were free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a kettle for tea. The shower was amazing and the bed was super comfy. Super clean and all the cleaning products are provided. Perfect for relaxing after exploring! They also have a lovely spa area.

Everything was exemplary.

Just a solid selection for a weekend rest in Venice with decent value for money. The breakfast spread was huge and really enjoyable. Climbing three flights of stairs can be a workout, so be ready for it.
